I think some of the things that you definitely need coming out of an achievement like a graduation or any of those kind of things. One to me, that always stands out, and this is…I’m just going to give it to you based off of how I get up and go about my day. You gotta have a drive. You gotta have a game plan. You gotta have direction. You gotta love it so much that even when nobody’s paying you to do it, you still do it. And fifth, work ethic. You gotta be willing to outwork folks. And if you look at it, anybody who’s done anything great throughout history, and they may have been terrible at living life, but those…I’m sure you’ll at least find three or four of those things that they had instilled [SP] in.
