Not like any other school, this is Audio Education Updated, Reimagined, and Revitalized. Are You Ready to Take Your Place?
We hit different and here is why:
You’ve spent time on the weekends with your buddies, writing, playing, and trying to record your music. And you’re good. If you’ve made the decision to make a real run in the music industry, there are a few tracks you can take with you. Continue to spend time a few hours a week, reading online tutorials or watching YouTube videos, and grow your skillset slowly over time.
Or you can turn to the professionals. There are several PITTSBURGH AUDIO ENGINEERING AND MUSIC PRODUCTION SCHOOLS to choose from, as well as “name” universities you move across the country to attend. You can spend years at these schools, spend six figures, and follow their rules.
In the end, you’ll have a piece of paper that says you spent four years in a classroom. Or you can enroll in the PITTSBURGH RECORDING CONNECTION programs. Your instructor is a PRO MUSIC PRODUCER, your facility is a PROFESSIONAL RECORDING STUDIO, and your curriculum is based on how the music business operates today, not a decade ago.
Instead of vying for your teacher’s attention, you’ll be placed in a real-world studio working one-on-one with your mentor. Get answers to your questions when you ask them, work with our Academics Facilitator to set a schedule (you do have a life outside of school, right?), and learn in accord with a curriculum that matches your needs.
You’ll be working in a pro recording studio, with the latest gear, and with actual clients. Fresh new local bands, established regional acts, and maybe even the occasional artist that’s known the world around. But this isn’t the time to get autographs. This is the time to work.
When you make the decision to enroll in the Recording Connection Audio Engineering & Music Production Program, you need to make a real commitment. The efforts you put in for the next six to nine months will go a long way to deciding whether or not you’ll have a job waiting for you.
After four years at a traditional 4-year university, you’ll get a firm handshake, a GPA, and a diploma. With Recording Connection, you could have three years of professional music-making experience (that means you’ll be getting paid) in that same amount of time. The decision is yours, but we happen to think it’s a pretty easy decision.
