No. The music business doesn’t run on degrees. Industry people just want you to know what you’re doing. What matters is experience and dependability.

Mentors help with career advice and guidance while teaching you the ropes. So while many great teachers are also mentors, our mentors teach you skills and remain your personal, one-on-one helper who is already working in the field.

We provide hands-on, project-based assignments and workshops. You’ll receive private classes in the studio, reinforced via lessons from our comprehensive eTextbook. You’ll learn one lesson per week. The work is intensive and structured so you build a strong foundation of technical skills and theory. Mentors provide continuous guidance in working studios.
