Founded in 1983, Recording Radio Film Connection & CASA Schools (RRFC), formerly known as The Recording Connection program has placed more than 10,000 graduates in music industry jobs through its disruptive mentored externship educational method.
In Recording Connection, students learn in professional recording studios under private mentorship from audio engineers, music producers and studio owners in hands-on sessions in cities throughout the U.S.
This allows students to learn hands-on, at their own pace in real-world situations. By the time they graduate, most students have made dozens of industry connections, worked on professional audio sessions, and gained the knowledge of what it takes to successfully record and produce music and run a recording studio.
Because the Recording Connection audio institute alternative programs take place inside real recording studios, its programs are available in over 250 U.S. cities and towns. Courses include audio engineering, music production, electronic music production, live sound, post production, live DJ, hip hop and more.
The Recording Connection offers students no-cost tutoring and provides up to a year of job placement services.
