When Grammy-Winning Country music star Miranda Lambert’s husband Brendan McLoughlin decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts, they turned to CASA, our in-industry culinary arts program which gets students training directly with a renowned chef.

Known as the first female to hit big rapping in Spanish, Puerto Rican rap changemaker Lisa M. had 8 albums, a Sony record deal, and a slew of hit singles under her belt when she enrolled in Recording Connection. Recognizing our approach as effective and hands-on, Lisa M. recently dedicated herself to mastering our Ableton Electronic Music Production course. We can’t wait to hear what she does with her newfound Ableton chops!

Recording Connection graduate Dominick Eagles aka Nick E. Beats, went from Recording Connection student to chart-topping producer within months!
He made the most of the connections, experiences, and real-world business advice he learned through our program and started selling his beats and tracks online. One buyer was none other than Fetty Wap! That beat ended up being used in Fetty Wap’s “My Way” and was followed by another of Nick E. Beat’s beats being featured on “Trap Queen.” Nick E. Beats is now a Double Platinum Producer, Beat Maker, and Recording Engineer. Other artists he’s worked with include: Drake, Gucci Mane, French Montana, Rich The Kid, and more.
Lucii came to us with a burning passion for learning to compose and DJ. Since graduating Recording Connection, Lucii went from novice to star. She’s opened for Yheti, Shlump, The Widdler, Digital Ethos, Conrank and more. Played played Thunderdome2020, Zen Awakening, Fractal Beach, Asteria Music Fest, The Untz in California, and more. She’s also released her Abduction EP and has a track on a female compilation on ThazDopeRecords.
Axenzo’s interest in music goes back to his early childhood. His family, however, had different plans for his career. “My family wanted me to be either a doctor or engineer, but always in my mind there was music. After I graduated from high school I wanted to study music, but my family said there was no future in it, so just study something else. So I actually studied mechanical engineering at San Diego State University.”
After graduating SDSU, Axenzo doubled down on his passion and chose us to help him get where he wanted to go. Within months, Axenzo was supporting himself as a DJ and garnering a massive following. He’s played Coachella, The Avalon Hollywood, Maxim, Hard Rock Vegas, and opened for Bob Sinclair, Marshmello, Steve Aoki, Robin Schulz, Borgeous, Nicky Romero, DJ Chuckie, W&W, and more.
NFL player Tommy Hendricks, who played on Miami Dolphins and the Jacksonville Jaguars, enrolled in Recording Connection when he decided to focus on his first love—making music.
While in the program, Tommy landed a music production deal and is currently producing music full time.

When NHL player Mika Zibanejad of the Ottawa Senators wanted to go from DJ and EDM music lover to music producer, he called up Recording Connection.
