Over the past decade, Digital Audio Workstations like Ableton Live, Pro Tools, and Logic Pro have become more and more powerful – and accessible. Today, anyone with a phone, tablet, or laptop can start musical recording, mixing, and mastering. The learning curve is steep, though, and it can take years to truly master.

The RECORDING CONNECTION IN PHILADELPHIA, PA, is designed to flatten that curve immensely. We place you inside a real-world recording studio from day one. You work one-on-one with an audio engineer, music producer, or other industry professionals to learn the technical side of music, music theory, and even how to set up a studio.

The City of Brotherly love is a big place – around six million people in the Philadelphia metro area. With a rich musical history as a backdrop, there are many options for AUDIO ENGINEERING SCHOOLS. In fact, we have three Philadelphia recording studios of our own for audio engineering and music production.

However, in-person education isn’t always feasible. For decades, The Recording Connection has been offering online or remote programs for our students. This allows you to get the same quality of education while staying at home. While our curriculum is based on what the industry needs today, we also make sure to get your individual needs met too.
