Then we emptied out all the other students and left only YOU and YOUR TEACHER (yay for one-on-one learning!) who happens to be a pro music producer (with killer credits) to train you privately (at your pace, full time, part time, nights or weekends available).

In 1989, the Recording Connection opened its doors, offering a new way to learn. We removed the classroom and replaced it with a professional SEATTLE RECORDING STUDIO. We removed the professor looking for tenure with a PRO MUSIC PRODUCER cranking out the hits of today. We replaced the four-year university timeline with six to nine month programs.

More than three decades later, our mentors are still cranking out the hits, still working with state of the art gear, and still giving their students a totally immersive experience. Why work from a recycled syllabus, fight for facetime with the instructor, or learn on outdated equipment?

Although synonymous with the Grunge music explosion of the late 80s, the Emerald City music scene has always been home to an eclectic, wide-ranging music world. As the largest musical outpost in the Pacific Northwest, there are many audio engineering and music production schools in Seattle to choose from.
